Esha replied calmly, "its just coz you haven't experienced it yet. It does exist but not in the way people portray it."
"Ahan! so thats what you call love when one act all blind, ignores what their partner is doing at their back, looking over all their flaws, tolerating all their shit just to prove that they love her/him? really E......sha? isn't it so shallow? I mean how can they not see the flirt his man or her woman is doing openly? how still they can treat them like a king or queen? its a pity Esha not love."
"Mia, thats why love is called blind", Esha poked her.
"Oh right, and thats why a blind falls in a deep well and stays there till eternity."
"Well jokes apart i can only say that true love is out there, we just need to wait for it and when it happens, it happens at all, without any prior warning. It just happens Mia."
"Shut up Esha and trust me if it ever happens to me and the guy seems a liar to me then I'll be the first one calling him douchebag at his face, kicking his ass out and will be moving on rather than comforting myself with false hopes or mourning like a typical one, puttin my head over ur shoulder n seeking for ur sympathy with these lame dialogues that i'm sick of being lied to, forgotten about, ignored, used, and left behind..I'm sick of being a back up, and 2nd choice...I'm done...All I have to say is, was it worth it? secrets, cheats, lies, and excuses. After all we've been through, is that all I deserve? Hell yes u deserve it if ur such a selfless and hopeless soul...c'mon this isn't 18th century"
"and this sounds lame to me." mocked Esha.
She waved her hand annoyingly, "yeah yeah I accept that so called immortal love that makes you go ga ga, give you butterflies in stomach, swift you off your feet and leaves you breathless does exist. Okay? Now can we stop repeating that lame argument Esha?"
And with a sluggish smile Esha raised her hands admitting to give up and they both shifted their concentration on the plate of smokey fries and tea.
Esha Nayb was her childhood friend. Living proves of a friend in need is a friend indeed, they both entered in their 20's with aims and dreams. But she always expected more, in additon to fullfilment of her aims and dreams, she demanded life to let her ultimate wish come true. What was that wish, no one knows. It was deep inside her heart never heard nor said but still there. She was like that. Like a ruler of her own. Near to perfection in her imperfections. It was not her brown shining eyes that makes her prominant among the crowd but her confidence and dominanting trait that stands her high in thousands. She was a self proclaimed Queen and people around her always become her submissive, regardless of her inbuilt ability to rule over people she choose to rule their hearts not mind. Intellectual in her words, logical in her ways and sensible in her thoughts, she was a free soul. She was Mia Shef, student of MBA at National University. A bright student, debator, class CR, fighter, and a bit arrogant yet co'operative, talkative, friendly and helpful. Two open sides in a single soul but many others underlying beneath.
